- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never had a problem with them in over 10 yrs as a customer, until recently. I was on vacation and had cash deposited into my account, with the same personalized slips I used for years. My money was put into a lost funds account because of a 3 digit number that identified me as a new or existing customer (never a problem before) Mind you, my account number, full name, address and phone number we're on the slip. (Vacation ruined) 2nd, I deposited money, only to find the amount was deducted instead of added. Then they said they fixed it, but only put my balance back without the addition. I just deposited cash and it doesn't show in my balance. These were all cash tranactions, I don't understand how they can be so careless with client funds. I will be leaving Bay BankBy shy house, October 04, 2016
