- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a customer for 23 years and I have never had a problem with any of employees at any of the locations until today. I went through the drive-thru at 11am today and forgot my license at home, so I used my passport as an ID. The teller processed the transaction and then after asked me if I had a drivers license. I said that I forgot it at home and she asked me, "Are you allowed to drive without that? We were wondering." So she was also gossiping about me to the other tellers. This was highly inappropriate. I would've completely understood if she was asking me a question because she needed a second ID to verify me, but this was completely out of context.
