- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First off let me start off by saying this company should specialize in packaging and shipping. I ordered my package on the 26th of September and the estimated date was October 3rd. It is now October 7th and I even had FIRST CLASS SHIPPING. Second thing I want to add, is that when you try calling them, they won't answer no matter what. They say they're busy helping other customers on the line, but that's not true there's no way I should have to wait an hour to talk to someone. Plus their automated system is just awful. How can people be bad at what they SPECIALIZE in. It's like a gas station having no gas.By Tanner Behling, June 24, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered 6 packages that all went through this location. 3 came through and were delivered to me, one is currently pending in another state, and the last two said undeliverable to the address. What I don't understand is the day before 3 packages arrives to the stated address and then these 2 can't be delivered. Hopefully the get this sorted out because I'm very frustrated.By Panda Justin, December 26, 2016
