- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was extremely unhappy with the unprofessionalism at Lewis & Van Sickle. The paralegal staff (Katti) while I in Provo was trying to make an appointment or get a file I could modify as needed interrupt my conversation four times. It seamed to me that she did not what to listen to my concerns. After I spoke over her to express my needs she hung up on me. I called her back asking to speak to the attorney which she said would have him do. I was again hung up on. Never getting a call back, I received a letter stating I was hostile to them, and a statement that I was not to receive their counsel. This is not a very customer orientated company.By James Vanden Boogard, November 23, 2016
