    I was provided a clothespin by my carrier telling me I "must" clip my mail to the outside of the mailbox or they would not pick it up. So, I do that and yet again...3 days in a row, I get mail but the outgoing mail is not picked up. How is that even possible? I called the Post Office after 2 days and they said they would contact the carrier...again, that same day, mail delivered, no outgoing mail picked up. Very frustrating...let's see if day 4 is a charm.
